Course provides skills and knowledge needed to perform in the role of Medical Unit Leader (MEDL) on an incident or in an EOC.
Topics include gathering information, organizing the medical unit, supervising the unit, evaluation, documentation, and demobilization.

Prerequisites: Students must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and have a valid EMT or Paramedic License. A copy of students EMT or Paramedic License must be provided at time of enrollment.
Classroom Training: 3 days (8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with 1 hour lunch break) which includes classroom training and final exam. Students must receive 80% or better on the final exam before course completion certificate is issued.
